Seikumi is a small Singapore business. This page explains, in plain words, what personal data we hold, why, and for how long. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What data we hold
- If you contact us: your name, email address, phone number, business name and whatever you tell us in your message or on a call.
- If you become a client: the invoice details needed to send your reminders: invoice number, your customer's name, email and phone number, amount, dates and whether it has been paid, plus a record of which reminders were sent.
- If you download our free templates: your name, business email, company and your consent to hear from us about payment reminders. You can unsubscribe at any time and we'll stop emailing you.
- Our website: we don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may see your IP address when you visit.
Why we hold it
- To reply to you and arrange a call.
- For clients, only to prepare your payment reminder drafts and produce your reports.
We never use your customers' data for marketing. Client data is loaded only after your written consent, and daily reminder drafts only start after a second written OK.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 12 months after we last spoke, unless you become a client.
- Template downloads: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Client data: for as long as you use the service. When you cancel, we hand it back or delete it within 30 days.
- Anytime: you can ask us to delete your data and we will, unless the law requires us to keep something (for example, our own billing records).
No selling, no sharing
We don't sell, rent or share personal data with anyone for their own use. Reminders are prepared as drafts in your own email account and sent by you, and we only use the email, storage and hosting services needed to run the service, which process data on our behalf.
Your rights under the PDPA
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent or have it deleted. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days.
